Darcy is a First Nations and environmental law specialist. He assists energy and resources clients with native title, cultural heritage and environmental requirements for project development, negotiating agreements with Traditional Owners and managing compliance and disputes. Darcy also advises on First Nations and environmental ESG matters, including developing and implementing policy positions regarding engagement with First Nations peoples.
