In particular, she has extensive expertise in crafting and negotiating complex IP arrangements and assisting clients to strategically navigate critical IP matters in market-leading transactions and projects.

Tracy’s practice has a focus on the technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer sectors, and she acts for a broad range of clients including global technology, media and entertainment leaders, private equity houses, major banks and financial institutions, as well as leading manufacturers and retailers. She also has a particular interest in emerging technologies, and has published, presented and advised widely on IP issues relating to artificial intelligence, virtual reality and crypto assets.
