Australian Resources and Energy Law Journal
The Australian Resources and Energy Law Journal (ARELJ) originated as a collaborative initiative between the Centre for Energy and Resources Law at the University of Melbourne, the Centre for Mining, Energy and Natural Resources Law at the University of Western Australia, and the Energy & Resources Law Association (formerly AMPLA Limited).
A peer-reviewed academic publication, the ARELJ addresses current issues, recent developments, and emerging challenges in energy and resources law, offering in-depth analysis and insights that are relevant both internationally and across all Australian states and territories.
In addition to scholarly articles, the journal features commentary on topical matters, updates on recent legislative and case law developments, case notes, and occasional book reviews.
